The series "STRATEGIES FOR STUDYING BRAIN DISORDERS" is a collection of the articles presented by the invited speakers at each one of the biennial meetings organized by the Fundación Cerebro y Mente. Each book is titled according to the meeting it relates to.
These contributions are published in the International Journal "Neurotoxicity Research" . Followed by inclusion in this series with the same title as the meeting organized by the Fundación Cerebro y Mente .
The idea of this series is born as a consecuence of one of the aims of the Fundación Cerebro y Mente.
This consists of organizing educational programmes aimed to bring neuroscientific advances to the professionals within the Health Services in a more pedagogical way.
Each volume focuses on a specific clinical aspect. To this end, the Fundación Cerebro y Mente organizes meetings that facilitate the latest advances in the study of a particular pathology. Each one of these meetings generates a publication that is given to those attending the meetings.
The publication includes, as well as the work presented at the meetings, others closely related to the topic of the meeting, of a high scientific level.
